Refreshing a corporate financial services brand for the global market

Despite being in the business for more than two decades, the company felt that they were somewhere lacking in their brand strategy that would help them to pose them as the leaders in corporate advisory & investment banking services in the Indian market and global market.
The start of the brand identity strategy
Pranjal needed reinvigoration to remain competitive in a changing market scenario. They needed to have a contemporary feel to their brand identity. After a brand audit, we suggested them to go for an end-to-end rebranding activity. This was advised to update and enhance the brand with a renewed focus.
Our first task as a part of our brand refresh exercise was to help them communicate the bigger picture to their clients. This helped us portray their legacy and industry expertise.
The need for the new logo design
To start with we did a logo refresh. The earlier logo was designed with a pearl shell and the name of the company. It was not helping them to convey the industry niche they belonged to. At the same time, it was not even supporting their plans of being a forward-thinking organisation.
A few sessions of creative ideation and we arrived at the perfect combination. The new brand logo design amalgamated their services, the bond with their patrons, future growth and initial letter of their name ‘P’. The font of the logo was also shifted from the Serif Pro to a more concise and professional Playfair Display.
We also did a revamp of their website with respect to the site architecture and content. This improved their communication and digital accessibility for their key target audiences. Along with, we also created brand communication collaterals for effective marketing of the brand.
