Located at Kailash Business Park, Mumbai, Primark has a small travel desk on the ground floor and it’s headquarter on the 3rd floor. The travel desk was made with an intention to attract people who walk into KBP with any kind of travel queries and later direct them to their main office.
Primark Travel House offers complete travel solutions that cater to various services from business/corporate travel, leisure travel, air-ticketing (domestic/international), reservations, car rentals and more. The brand which offers their services to over 57 cities in India has one of the best technology and self-developed web tools to ensure hassle-free travel experience for its customers.
While creating the strategy for Primark, we wanted our activities to revolve around the point of creating an awareness about the brand to every visitor who comes to the venue which houses thousands of offices in the hub. After our site inspection and detailed interaction with the client, we formulated our strategy for two things: space navigation and space branding.
The most important part of the brand strategy we had to do for them was to give them a space navigation in such a way that anyone who enters Kailash Business Park does not miss the office of Primark. Our challenge was to do everything keeping in mind the guidelines of the restriction given by the corporate park.

With the briefing in hand, we worked on the creative concept which incorporated various kinds of branding material that included pop signs, artboards, marketing flags, digital signage, high-quality branding frames, vinyls etc. All the content and visuals in our brand communication material revolved around the theme that conveyed ‘travel brings you happiness’. We also gave them lot of communication material to put across through moving signage, digital services etc. to talk about their services and travel stories.
In all, it was an end-to-end space branding project where we did everything from ideation conceptualization, fabrication, printing, transport and installation.
